In Women Support Center of Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality), the activists conducted round table on: “Women Solidarity – for Better Future”.
Among the guests there were: members of Zugdidi Sakrebulo and Gamgeoba, village attorneys, majoritarian candidate, teachers and observers of the OSCE mission.
During the round table the recommendations were revealed regarding victim protection and violence prevention, among them:
-Informing of the youth on the issues of domestic violence
-More mobilization of law protecting structures and informational work with the society.
-Re-training of village attorneys for reaction on violation facts.

Women Support Center of fund “Sukhumi” conducted round table in conference hall of Senaki Sakrebulo with participation of the members of local self-government, Sakrebulo and Gamgeoba.
Information was announced regarding history of women solidarity day, gender situation in Georgia, violation problems, women discrimination.
Conversation touched the work of WSC in Senaki, results and successful examples.
During round table there were fixed recommendations for solution of violation against women, prevention and victims’ protection.

On March 9, in conference hall of Kutaisi Gender Advisory Council the members of Sakrebulo, staff and activist women of fund “Sukhumi” WSC gathered at the round table.
The round table was devoted to annual traditional topic “Women solidarity – for better future”.
It was mentioned that women solidarity has great importance for better protection of women and girls’ rights, for making more steps to violence prevention.
As the participants mentioned fund “Sukhumi” WSC of Kutaisi has a share in this case.

Women solidarity campaign: round table in Poti Sakrebulo

On March 9, Women Support Center of Poti organized round table devoted to the week of women solidarity in conference hall of Sakrebulo.
Activists of the WSCs and invited guests took active part in the work of round table.
They discussed an issue of women solidarity. Especially interesting was conversation about a work of Women Support Center and there was a discussion on actual gender problems.

Fund “Sukhumi” Women Support Center of Khoni organized round table devoted to women solidarity day, in conference-hall of Sakrebulo, which was participated by Sakrebulo members and staff of apparatus.

Following issues were discussed: history of women’s solidarity day, work of the WSC. Discussion was held on gender, violation against women, role and function of women in family and society.
Participants positively evaluated informational side of the meeting and mentioned that such meetings have great importance.
