- It is interesting for us to be involved in this project, we share our experience, which helps us to present problematic issues correctly and to figure out ways of their solution.
- It is good when practical work and theory are combined. Today I realized how important informing, relevant skills and experience are.
The participants thus expressed interest in the training topic.
The training was held in Tskaltubo with members of the IDP Women Initiative Group.
The participants received information about the meetings organized on the principle of "one window". It became clear to them why it is important to apply the "one window" principle, who is the responsible / relevant agency, who can be the beneficiary and how the meeting will be conducted.
The training process was conducted by discussing live examples.

There is always the question to me and others how I became a successful woman. I had to talk about this topic at one of the meetings organized by the Women Fund "Sukhumi".
I think I have interestingly explained my success formula.
In order to reach succeed, every person must develop an individual way, which includes the most important things - hard work, constant movement, purposefulness, the ability to think logically and luck.
I do not think that the path to success passed by others is a clear example to me, because everything is individual, both the person himself and his skills and abilities, so our work plan will bring results when it is relevant to our capabilities.
I had different creative skills from childhood and I develop these skills to this day, in other words, my approach to any activities is creative. I also deal with difficulties easily, when moving towards the goal, of course there is a heterogeneous problem, but it is not an obstacle for me.
Sociability is the most important for success.
I have always wanted to use real opportunities for success. It is very important how you use the resources you have.
In order to become a successful person, you must logically follow the path to the goal.
“Supra” in Georgian is not only lunch. This is a ritual of a joint feast, an exchange of feelings. Therefore, we decided to invite “our Ukrainian women” - this is how we call women from Ukraine. They came to our office with pleasure: Irina, Natalia, Marina...
Georgian dishes were cooked by us - chakhokhbili and pkhali, mchadi and khachapuri, satsivi, chanakhi, kubdari... We printed the recipes for them.
We talked about the Georgian traditions of the feast, in parallel - about our experiences. They talked about their own, and we talked about our pain, which was revived by the war in Ukraine...
"Supra" has become a kind of psycho-rehabilitation. The guests left satisfied, forgetting for a while the pain. They know that the Women Fund “Sukhumi” is their assistant and tries to solve their daily problems...
