Training of the Youth Initiative Group of the village Didinedzi – “Conflict Analysis and Conflict Management”

Public School of the village Didinedzi. The holidays started, but the members of the youth initiative group came to the school for training.

What is the reason of conflict? What types of conflicts are most common? What is needed for conflict analysis? How to manage conflict? During the training, these questions were answered. There were exercises, games, discussions, examples... in order to make it more interesting, useful and memorable.
