Young people listened with interest to the topic: communication and its importance during conflict management. Simulated performances also emphasized the importance of communication.
“Most conflicts start with incorrect communication and its management is possible only with communication,” it was their conclusion after completing the role-playing exercises.
Participants believe that such meetings help them to establish communication and relationships, and this reduces conflicts among adolescents.
