During the ordinary meeting, Vani working group summarized the results of the work and highlighted the activities that must be implemented before the completion of the project.
It was also noted, how the modernization of the official website of the municipality is carried out, what is the situation in terms of updating it. A meeting with the heads of various services and departments was planned, so that they timely present the necessary information for uploading on the web-site.
The group members discussed the anti-corruption strategy, its points and form. It was decided that all members of the group would be actively involved in the process of creating the document.

Ingiri, Shamgona, Kakhati - residents of different ages living in these villages, IDPs and local citizens, were familiarized with the essence of the online application and with the rules for using it by the project facilitators. The participants of the meeting not only listened to the information about the online-vote-o-meter with interest, but also held a discussion on the topic of elections and socio-political life in general. They focused on the issues, on which, according to them, the political actors, participating in the elections, should sharpen their attention - uncontrolled migration, the integration of IDPs, local employment programs and other issues.

On August 25, a meeting of the mobilizers of all ten Women Support Centers was held. The meeting was held online and the participants evaluated the work done and paid attention to the challenges on the ground. According to them, information meetings are of particular importance in terms of identifying problems and needs of women. The work in the Women Support Centers towards informing the population is actively underway. The meetings highlighted the importance of coordination between actors working on the issue of violence to give the victim feeling of better support.
Mobilizers are addressed to solve the problem of violence as well as social problems. Advocacy is oftern carried out in cooperation with local government.
The meetings were held in Women Support Centers of Chokhatauri, Samtredia, Kobuleti, Terjola and Tsalenjikha.

In accordance with the recommendations of health care, the meeting with the part of the youth in Zugdidi was held offline and with the other part – online. The meeting concerned the online "vote-vote-o-meter" – voters’ advice application, implementation of the application, pre-election informing of the voter.
The participants expressed the desire to use the application after its activation. It was said that they never have full information about the programs of political parties, so such an application is very interesting for them.

Koki, Orsantia, Zugdidi - informational meetings are actively held in these villages of Zugdidi municipality. Voters get acquainted with the online-vote-o-meter, with its essence and meaning. Due to the pandemic, meetings were held with small groups or individually. Citizens are expressing great interest in this innovative platform.

During the project, Terjola working group developed and implemented many initiatives. During the ordinary meeting of the working group, another topical issue - civil budgeting was considered, which is being actively implemented in Terjola municipality.
As noted at the meeting, a competition of ideas will be held. After its completion, participants will pass a training on project writing. Discussion of projects will begin at the end of September.

Within the framework of the project Lanchkhuti working group gained a lot of experience and did a lot of useful things to improve e - services in the municipality.
