The Women Initiative Group gathered in Tskaltubo. The members of the group listened to the moderator's information: what type of conflict situations were identified during informational meetings, and how can it be resolved at an early stage.

After identifying the new problem, participants worked on the action plan and distributed the functions. The Women Initiative Group has already accumulated experience of timely reaction to the conflict. Meetings with representatives of communities, authorities, the media - these activities are part of the action plan to be implemented by the Women Initiative Group.

During the ordinary meeting, the members of the Women Initiative Group of Kutaisi reviewed the action plan and evaluated the work done. The problem, which created a conflict situation in a particular community, has already been solved in cooperation with local self-government.

"We should implement such initiatives that will help to balance the conflicts that have arisen in the society at an early stage and create a non-conflict environment," noted the group members.

In the next month, the women initiative group will work to advocate the problems identified during the informational meetings in different communities.

The meeting of the group was held in the library No.17.

The women's initiative group of the Fund "Sukhumi" actively works in the village - Khurcha (Zugdidi municipality). The members of the group try to advocate an actual problem that aggravates the conflict situation in their community.

The majoritarian candidate of the village is actively involved in the process of advocating the problem, and he will try to lobby the issue in Sakrebulo. Based on the obtained results, it will be determined what changes will be included in the action plan, what steps should be made by the Women's Initiative Group in order to solve the problem.

Meetings with community members with the aim to identify conflict situations – Khurcha women initiative group (Zugdidi municipality) actively works in this direction. Members of the initiative group systematically meet the representatives of local government to find ways to neutralize conflict situations.

At this stage, the initiative group is working on a problem that is very relevant for the residents of Khurcha and concerns the inconvenient work of transport.
